那我們如何對(dui)電路板(ban)(ban)維修(xiu)(xiu)呢?通(tong)常(chang)一臺設(she)備里面有(you)許多個電路板(ban)(ban)維修(xiu)(xiu),當(dang)拿到部(bu)(bu)有(you)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)電路板(ban)(ban)維修(xiu)(xiu)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)備時,首先要(yao)根據故(gu)障(zhang)現象,判(pan)斷出故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)體部(bu)(bu)位(wei),然后通(tong)過(guo)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang),把故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)可能部(bu)(bu)位(wei)逐步縮小(xiao),然后找到故(gu)障(zhang)所在(zai).要(yao)找到故(gu)障(zhang)所在(zai)必須(xu)(xu)通(tong)過(guo)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)通(tong)常(chang)修(xiu)(xiu)理人員都采(cai)用測(ce)(ce)(ce)引(yin)腳電壓方法來判(pan)斷,但(dan)這只能判(pan)斷出故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)致部(bu)(bu)位(wei)而且有(you)的(de)(de)(de)引(yin)腳反應不(bu)靈敏(min),甚至有(you)的(de)(de)(de)沒(mei)有(you)什么反應.就是(shi)在(zai)電壓偏(pian)離(li)的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下(xia),也包(bao)含外圍元件損壞(huai)的(de)(de)(de)因素(su),還必須(xu)(xu)將(jiang)集成(cheng)塊(kuai)內部(bu)(bu)故(gu)障(zhang)與外圍故(gu)障(zhang)嚴格(ge)區別開來,因此單(dan)靠某一種方法對(dui)電路板(ban)(ban)維修(xiu)(xiu)是(shi)很難(nan)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)(de)(de),必須(xu)(xu)依賴綜合(he)的(de)(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)手段(duan).
我們知道,集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)塊(kuai)(kuai)使用時(shi),總有一(yi)個引腳(jiao)(jiao)與印制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)板上的"地"線是焊(han)通(tong)的,在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)稱之為(wei)接地腳(jiao)(jiao).由于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)板維修內(nei)部(bu)(bu)都采用直(zhi)接耦合,因此,集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)塊(kuai)(kuai)的其它(ta)引腳(jiao)(jiao)與接地腳(jiao)(jiao)之間都存在(zai)著確(que)定的直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu),這種確(que)定的直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)稱為(wei)該(gai)腳(jiao)(jiao)內(nei)部(bu)(bu)等效直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu),簡稱R內(nei).當(dang)我們拿(na)到塊(kuai)(kuai)新的集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)塊(kuai)(kuai)時(shi),可(ke)通(tong)過用萬用表測量各引腳(jiao)(jiao)的內(nei)部(bu)(bu)等效直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)來判斷其好(hao)壞,若各引腳(jiao)(jiao)的內(nei)部(bu)(bu)等效電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R內(nei)與標準值相(xiang)符,說(shuo)明這塊(kuai)(kuai)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)塊(kuai)(kuai)是好(hao)的,反之若與標準值相(xiang)差過大,說(shuo)明集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)塊(kuai)(kuai)內(nei)部(bu)(bu)損(sun)壞.
測(ce)量(liang)時有(you)(you)(you)一(yi)點必(bi)須注意,由于集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)塊(kuai)(kuai)內部(bu)(bu)有(you)(you)(you)大量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)三極(ji)管,二極(ji)管等(deng)非線性元(yuan)件(jian)(jian),在(zai)(zai)測(ce)量(liang)中(zhong)單測(ce)得(de)一(yi)個阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)值還不能判(pan)斷其(qi)好壞(huai),必(bi)須互換表筆再測(ce)一(yi)次(ci),獲(huo)得(de)正反(fan)向兩個阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)值.只有(you)(you)(you)當R內正反(fan)向阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)值都符合標(biao)(biao)準,才(cai)能斷定該集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)塊(kuai)(kuai)完好.在(zai)(zai)實(shi)際(ji)修(xiu)理中(zhong),通常(chang)采用在(zai)(zai)路(lu)(lu)測(ce)量(liang).先測(ce)量(liang)其(qi)引腳(jiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),如果電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)異常(chang),可斷開引腳(jiao)連線測(ce)接線端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),以(yi)判(pan)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)變化是(shi)(shi)外(wai)圍(wei)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)引起(qi),還是(shi)(shi)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)塊(kuai)(kuai)內部(bu)(bu)引起(qi).也(ye)可以(yi)采用測(ce)外(wai)部(bu)(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)到地之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)流等(deng)效(xiao)(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(稱R外(wai))來判(pan)斷,通常(chang)在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)中(zhong)測(ce)得(de)的(de)(de)(de)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)塊(kuai)(kuai)某引腳(jiao)與(yu)接地腳(jiao)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(在(zai)(zai)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)),實(shi)際(ji)是(shi)(shi)R內與(yu)R外(wai)并聯的(de)(de)(de)總直(zhi)流等(deng)效(xiao)(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu).在(zai)(zai)修(xiu)理中(zhong)常(chang)將在(zai)(zai)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)與(yu)在(zai)(zai)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)量(liang)方(fang)法結合使用.有(you)(you)(you)時在(zai)(zai)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)在(zai)(zai)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)偏離標(biao)(biao)準值,并不一(yi)定是(shi)(shi)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)塊(kuai)(kuai)損壞(huai),而是(shi)(shi)有(you)(you)(you)關外(wai)圍(wei)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)損壞(huai),使R外(wai)不正常(chang),從而造成(cheng)(cheng)在(zai)(zai)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)在(zai)(zai)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)異常(chang).這時便只能測(ce)量(liang)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)塊(kuai)(kuai)內部(bu)(bu)直(zhi)流等(deng)效(xiao)(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu),才(cai)能判(pan)定集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)塊(kuai)(kuai)是(shi)(shi)否損壞(huai).

實際檢修經驗中,在路檢測電路板維修內部直流等效電阻時可不必把集成塊從電路上焊下來,只需將電壓或在路電阻異常的腳與電路斷開,同時將接地腳也與電路板斷開,其它腳維持原狀,測量出測試腳與接地腳之間的R內正反向電阻值使可判斷其好壞.例如,注塑機電路板集成塊TA7609P腳電路電壓或電阻異常,可切斷瑢腳和⑤腳(接地腳)然后用匯能C在線維修測試儀內電阻擋測(ce)珞腳與⑤腳之間電阻,測(ce)得(de)個數值后,互(hu)換通道再測(ce)次.若(ruo)集成塊正常應測(ce)得(de)數值接(jie)地時為(wei),接(jie)地時為(wei)272kO的R內直流等效電阻,否(fou)則(ze)集成塊已損壞.
