藿香是高鈣、高胡(hu)蘿(luo)卜素食品,每(mei)100g嫩(nen)葉含水分72g、蛋(dan)白質、脂(zhi)肪(fang)、碳水化合(he)物10g、胡(hu)蘿(luo)卜素、維(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)素B1 、維(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)素、尼(ni)克酸(suan)、維(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)素C23mg、鈣580mg、磷104mg、鐵、全(quan)草含芳(fang)香揮發油(you)%、油(you)中(zhong)(zhong)主(zhu)要為甲基胡(hu)椒(jiao)酚(約占80%)、檸(ning)檬烯、α-蒎(pai)烯和β-蒎(pai)烯、對傘花(hua)烴、芳(fang)樟醇、I-丁香烯等,對多種(zhong)致病性真菌,都(dou)有一定(ding)的抑制作(zuo)用,芳(fang)香揮發油(you)是制造多種(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)成藥(yao)的原料(liao).
