聚碳酸酯(PC)是碳酸的聚酯類,碳酸本身并不穩定,但其衍生物(如光氣,尿素,碳酸鹽,碳酸酯)都有
一(yi)定穩(wen)定性.
按(an)醇結構的不同,可將(jiang)聚碳酸酯(zhi)分成(cheng)脂族(zu)和芳族(zu)兩類.
脂族聚(ju)(ju)(ju)碳酸(suan)酯(zhi).如聚(ju)(ju)(ju)亞乙(yi)基(ji)(ji)碳酸(suan)酯(zhi),聚(ju)(ju)(ju)三亞甲(jia)基(ji)(ji)碳酸(suan)酯(zhi)及其(qi)共聚(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)(wu)(wu),熔點和玻璃化溫(wen)度低,強度差,不(bu)能用作結構材(cai)(cai)料(liao);但(dan)利(li)用其(qi)生物(wu)(wu)(wu)相(xiang)容(rong)性(xing)和生物(wu)(wu)(wu)可降解的特(te)性(xing),可在藥物(wu)(wu)(wu)緩(huan)釋放載體,手(shou)術縫合(he)線,骨骼(ge)支撐材(cai)(cai)料(liao)等方面(mian)獲得應(ying)用.
聚碳酸(suan)酯(zhi)耐弱(ruo)(ruo)酸(suan),耐弱(ruo)(ruo)堿(jian),耐中性油.
聚碳酸酯不(bu)耐紫(zi)外(wai)光,不(bu)耐強堿.
PC是(shi)一種線型(xing)(xing)碳(tan)酸聚酯,分(fen)子中碳(tan)酸基(ji)團與另一些(xie)基(ji)團交替排列,這些(xie)基(ji)團可(ke)以(yi)是(shi)芳香(xiang)族(zu),可(ke)以(yi)是(shi)脂肪族(zu),也可(ke)兩者皆有.雙酚A型(xing)(xing)PC是(shi)最重(zhong)要的工業(ye)產品.
PC是(shi)幾乎無色的(de)(de)玻(bo)璃態的(de)(de)無定形聚(ju)合物,有很(hen)(hen)好的(de)(de)光學性(xing).PC高分子量樹脂(zhi)有很(hen)(hen)高的(de)(de)韌(ren)性(xing),懸臂梁(liang)缺口沖擊強度為(wei)600~900J/m,未填充牌號的(de)(de)熱變形溫度大約為(wei)130°C ,玻(bo)璃纖維增(zeng)強后(hou)可(ke)使(shi)這個數值(zhi)增(zeng)加10°的(de)(de)彎曲(qu)模量可(ke)達(da)2400MPa以(yi)上,樹脂(zhi)可(ke)加工制成大的(de)(de)剛性(xing)制品.低于(yu)100°C 時,在負(fu)載下的(de)(de)蠕變率很(hen)(hen)低.PC耐水解性(xing)差,不能用于(yu)重(zhong)復經(jing)受(shou)高壓蒸汽(qi)的(de)(de)制品.
PC主要(yao)性能缺(que)陷是耐(nai)水解穩定(ding)性不夠(gou)高,對缺(que)口敏(min)感,耐(nai)有(you)機(ji)化學品性,耐(nai)刮(gua)痕性較差,長期暴露于紫外線(xian)中會發(fa)黃.和-樹(shu)脂一(yi)樣,PC容易受某(mou)些(xie)有(you)機(ji)溶劑的侵蝕.
PC材料(liao)具有阻燃(ran)性(xing),耐磨.抗氧(yang)化性(xing).
