結構及工作原理
1.機構: NB-550單頭螺栓扳手由小型汽油發動機、行星輪系變速箱、旋轉方向轉換器、沖擊式加力器、輸出軸離合器、套筒頭和操(cao)作扶手組成.
2.工作原理:NB-550單頭螺栓扳手發動機的旋轉扭矩,通過離合器、萬向節、錐齒輪換向減速機構,實(shi)現旋轉扭矩的換(huan)向(xiang)與減速,換(huan)向(xiang)與減速后(hou)的扭矩,由連接軸傳遞到有蓄(xu)力加力裝置作用的沖(chong)擊加力機構上,然(ran)后(hou)通過套筒對螺栓(shuan)上的螺帽實(shi)現松開和上緊作業,簡單方(fang)便.
使用方法
1.檢查(cha)發動(dong)機,應(ying)處于(yu)正常狀態;
2.燃(ran)料混合比(內有對(dui)比壺(hu)),開始磨合期可采(cai)用25;1,過段時間可采(cai)用40;1;
3.轉(zhuan)動發(fa)動機數轉(zhuan)使(shi)其各部(bu)件有良好的潤滑;
4.撥動換向手柄,使套筒處于空檔位置;
-550單頭螺栓扳手起動(dong)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)(ji),進行短時間的空運轉,再調整(zheng)油(you)門使發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)處于(yu)怠速(su)狀態(tai),即可工作;
6.轉(zhuan)動(dong)換向手(shou)柄(bing)至你所需要(yao)的旋轉(zhuan)方向,把套筒對準螺(luo)母(mu),加大油門(men)(men),離(li)合(he)(he)(he)器結合(he)(he)(he)套筒即開(kai)始旋轉(zhuan),反轉(zhuan)手(shou)柄(bing),調小油門(men)(men)減速 ,離(li)合(he)(he)(he)器分離(li),即完(wan)成一個工作循環.
-550單(dan)頭(tou)螺栓(shuan)扳手停(ting)止(zhi)工作前(qian),放松(song)油門,將(jiang)換向手柄撥至空(kong)檔,關(guan)閉發動機.
保養、調整及注意事(shi)項
1.發動機(ji)的(de)保養(yang)及注意事(shi)項,應按國(guo)標(biao)發動機(ji)標(biao)準進(jin)行
2.錐齒輪減速、換向機構每工作(zuo)48時,應檢查并添(tian)加潤滑脂一次(ci).
3.加力器每月檢查一次潤滑油.
4.行走(zou)輪(lun)及-傳動部分,每(mei)半(ban)年(nian)檢查一次(ci)潤滑(hua)油.
5.長時間不(bu)用(yong)時,擦洗干凈,在未涂漆(qi)部分涂防腐(fu)油脂,存放在通風、干燥處.
